The Attack Phase!

I like the sound of this it sounds as if it might do something but at the same time it indicates that some effort is required!

My book has arrived and the attack phase lasts between 5 and 10 days depending on how much weight you have to loose.  I'm going for the 5 days as I think its a more practicable time and I want to loose....... well this is my problem, I haven't weighed myself since my weight got all out of hand when I was about 15 to 18 where I starved myself and was sick and exercised stupidly to maintain the weight I wanted.  I realise now with a totally daunting horror that I am going to have to weigh myself as I need to know how much weight I've lost and to give you guys the info!

Well I can do it!  I might even be surprised and be less than I think I am (some hope)!  Anyway since I was 18 some 22 years ago I've always measured myself with my clothes sizes.  I want to get back to a size 12 and even though I'm a 16 (or so my jeans say now)I would say that I'm pushing an 18!

I started the Attack phase on Monday and had a gallette with low fat creme fraiche and smoked salmon for breakfast which was surprisingly tasty.  Lunch was more difficult as I had promised to meet a girlfriend so I packed up some crab sticks (they don't smell and are easy to transport) in my hand bag and surreptitiously nibbled on them when no-one was looking!  A lovely non fat vanilla yogurt at 4pm and then king prawns, and a chicken breast with low fat creme fraiche mixed with curry powder and formed minced beef balls. very yummy!  All this was washed down with copious amounts of fizzy water which is really important as any diet produces alot of toxins than have to be expelled.  If you don't clear out your wastes your diet won't work as effectively.  Pierre Dukan likens it to a fire that smothers itself if the ashes are not cleared away.

Today I had the same breakfast as it was very good and set me up for the day, tuna and crab fish for lunch with 2 non fat yogurts and some low fat cottage cheese. Not sure what the chicken dish will be tonight I might look in the book for some inspiration!!
